Taste of Garden House
Our Taste of Garden House menu features a selection of our favourite dishes to share from just £39 per person, for groups of two and above.
It's the perfect way to catch up with friends over creamy burrata and fresh tuna crudo, warming plates of pumpkin ravioli, crispy peri peri chicken and scoops of tiramisu and pistachio ice cream to finish.
Our Taste of Garden House menu can be enjoyed in the restaurant or our Private Dining Room seating up to 16 guests.

Christmas Day at The Garden House.
Celebrate Christmas Day with a menu made for the occasion. Begin with our Middle White pork and mushroom terrine or a warming Jerusalem artichoke soup with chestnut and truffle agnolotti, before the centrepiece: roast Norfolk turkey with all the trimmings chipolatas, stuffing, dripping roast potatoes and tamarind-glazed sprouts or a vegetarian roasted squash and ricotta ravioli. Finish with classic Christmas pudding and Drambuie custard, or a dark chocolate and cherry trifle, followed by tea, coffee and mince pies. Five courses of festive indulgence

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner & Casino Night.
Join us at Graduate Cambridge for an unforgettable evening of dining, entertainment and celebration as we welcome 2027 in style.
Arrive from 7pm and enjoy a glass of Prosecco accompanied by live music from a local singer-songwriter, before taking your seat for a four-course Gala Dinner, lovingly prepared by the chefs at Garden House. As midnight approaches, raise a glass of Prosecco to the New Year before trying your luck at our pop-up casino, with casino money provided for every guest.
Keep the celebrations going with our DJ, playing party favourites and classic hits to get you dancing into the early hours. With festive decorations, delicious food and a lively atmosphere, it’s the perfect way to see out 2026 and welcome the year ahead.
Driven by the seasons and our suppliers, our menu features dishes cooked over fire with a Mediterranean flair. Our menus are designed for you to try what's in season; from meats, fish and locally sourced vegetables.

Available in daily in Garden House restaurant from 12-5pm. £36 for afternoon tea, £46 for sparkling afternoon tea. Advance booking preferred.
Private Dining & Events
Nestled on the banks of the River Cam within Graduate by Hilton Cambridge, Garden House offers a stylish yet relaxed setting for any occasion.
Our beautiful private dining room is located off the main restaurant, and is bookable via the link below for tables of up to 16 guests.

Twilight Thursdays
Turn your Thursday evening into a relaxing escape.
Treat you and a friend to a 2-hour Leisure Club pass at Graduate Cambridge followed by a delicious 2-course menu — only £70 for two guests.
Swim in the pool and unwind in the sauna, steam room and hot tub, then refuel with a tasty two-course menu in Garden House. A variety of wines, beers and cocktails will also be available to order alongside your dinner.

The Cayley Suite
The Cayley Suite at Graduate Cambridge is a beautiful private dining room for up to from 20-40 guests, ideal for lunches or dinners in an elegant, intimate setting. With access to a private garden and a light-filled interior, it offers a calm and refined atmosphere for celebrations, meetings, and special occasions.
